• U.S. JCI Senate Region VI Legal Counsel 2006-2007

Upon Bob Holbert’s resignation, I took over the Presidency at the Fall Meeting of the Senate in August. I appointed Mike Rogers #30390 to replace me in the VP office.

Following the meeting in Joplin, the Missouri Senate hosted the first U.S. JCI Senate Fall Board of Directors (BOD) meeting that was not held by the National President. The meeting was held in Kansas City and David Page #29226 and Jim Meredith #26443 did their normal outstanding job.

We then met at the Missouri Jaycees Mock Legislature and had our annual Tan-Tar-A retreat in December and then joined the Illinois Senate at the MO/IL basketball game in St. Louis.

We then met at the Jaycees Winter Meeting and did competition judging, hosted Jaycee First Timers and escorted the honorees at the Ten Outstanding Young Missourians.

In March, we attended the Region 6 Meeting in Wisconsin and held the Senate Planning Session. In April, the Senate and the Muleskinner Corps. held a joint social at Wonderland Camp. May brought the year end meeting in Columbia, and June the National Convention in Memphis, TN.
